Production process guidance

1. Workers strictly follow the construction drawings of electrical engineers and structural engineers of the design center (notice the workshop director for special circumstances or objections to assist in solving).

2. When sealing the lower end of the dual power supply, if there are more than 3 conductors on the load side, the voltage is divided on both sides (except for special cases).

3. A: The crimping line at the lower end of the micro-break switch is crimped up to 35 mm². When there are multiple lower ends, up to 5 wires (2.5 to 4 mm² wire) are crimped per phase; when multiple 6 mm² wires are crimped, a maximum of 4 single-phase crimped wires (except for household boxes). When there are multiple 10 mm² conductors, a maximum of 2 single-phase crimps are used; when the above requirements are exceeded, copper bar transfer is performed. B: The outlet of the lower end of the molded case switch, when there are multiple crimping (2.5 ~ 6 mm² specification wire) no more than 50 mm wiring nose but no more than 7 single-phase. When there are multiple 10 mm² conductors, at most two single-phase crimps are used. It is strictly forbidden to connect the wire nose to the lower end of the switch.

4. The installation height of the floor cabinet meter is not more than 2000 mm and not less than 700 mm (except standard cabinet type).

5. Components that are frequently operated or replaced cannot be installed on both sides of the load switch outside the cabinet.

6. Dual power supply, load switch, soft starter, inverter protective grounding wire, 2.5 mm² wire for ≤25A; 4 mm² wire for ≤32A; 6 mm² wire for ≤63A; 10 for >63A mm² wire.

7. Capacitor cabinet requirements: a: The capacitor mounting beam moves forward, close to the contactor mounting plate. b: The capacitor shell is grounded with bare copper single-core wire. 4 mm for 30 thousand method or less.
