3. Process and corresponding requirements

3.1 Process
Preparation drawing→material preparation→partial assembly→frame assembly→components→primary line→secondary line→cleaning→checking→debugging
3.2 Preparation
3.2.1 Check the relevant drawings, clearly understand the contents of the drawings and related technical requirements.
3.2.2 Receive the required parts, components and auxiliary materials as required.
3.2.3 Check all the parts and components based on the drawings, and they should be products that have passed the inspection without deformation or damage.
3.2.4 Check the model, specification and quantity of components based on drawings or bills of materials. Check the integrity of the components. The appearance of all components must be intact and not damaged. The pointer of the instrument should swing flexibly without jamming.

3.2.5 The components must have the product qualification certificate of the manufacturer that has obtained the production license, and be qualified by the quality inspection department of the factory, with the inspection seal.
3.2.6 The equipment, tools, fixtures and tires needed for inspection, installation and commissioning should be intact and working normally.
3.3 Part assembly, frame assembly
3.3.1 Assemble in order according to product drawings and process requirements.
3.3.2 After the parts are equipped, they should be inspected according to the requirements of the drawings, and unqualified products shall not flow into the next process.
3.3.3 Cabinet assembly should be installed strictly according to product drawings, according to relevant process documents, according to the requirements of the first-class products in the relevant quality grading. After installation, the structural size deviation should be checked. If it does not meet the requirements, it should be carried out Adjustment.
3.4 Components
3.4.1 The assembly of components should meet the requirements of the design drawings. When there is no provision, the low-voltage products are installed in accordance with the requirements of OCLS.951.001 "Code of Assembly Techniques for Electrical Components and Accessories.

3.4.2 The arrangement of components busbar machine must be horizontal, vertical, non-vertical and inclined <5°.

3.4.3 When installing components, the electrical clearance, creepage distance and arc spray distance must be ensured.
3.4.4 The installation of components should consider the user's ease of use, maintenance and replacement.
3.4.5 When installing and arranging components, they should meet the requirements for the installation and use of the components themselves and the corresponding standard requirements.

3.4.6 For individual installations by users or special requirements, a construction manual is required for reference.
3.4.7 Each drill hole should be in accordance with the assembly drawing and process regulations, must be correct and reliable, and must not be skewed, and the machining chips should be cleaned after completion.
