Busbar processing and installation process code
The installation of the primary line should be carried out in
strict accordance with the specifications required by the OCLS.945.001 "Code for
Busbar Processing and Installation Process" document. For the primary line
installation with special requirements for some users, the technical approval
sheet shall prevail, but must meet GBJ149-90 "Code for Construction and
Acceptance of Bus Installation of Electrical Installation Engineering".
3.6
Secondary line
The installation of the secondary line shall comply with the
requirements in OCL.945.002 "Code for Secondary Wiring Process".
3.7
Cleanup
3.7.2 Remove debris, broken auxiliary materials and other debris.
3.7.3 The tools and tooling used in the inspection shall not leave debris.
3.7.4 Remove paint, dirt, dust, etc. that should not be present.
3.8 Check
3.3.1 Check that all fasteners should be firmly installed and have anti-loosening devices.
3.8.2 The wiring should be complete, the contacts should be firm and reliable, and the number should meet the requirements.
3.8.3 Check the grounding and zero connection should be reliable, and the material specifications used should meet the requirements.
3.9 Commissioning
Debug in accordance with the methods and features required by the corresponding complete equipment standards, technical specifications and instructions for use of related components.
3.9.1 The debugging personnel must be full-time inspection and debugging personnel, and other personnel shall not debug their equipment and components without authorization.
3.9.2 When commissioning the equipment, first conduct an appearance inspection, check that all components should be installed correctly, the labels are correct, whether the installation of the primary and secondary lines meets the technical requirements of the drawings, and the electrical clearance and creepage distance should be controlled to the requirements Scope and so on bending busbars copper.
3.9.3 Wiring check, check that all grounding points and zero points are connected reliably. The conductor cross-section meets the requirements. Check all the wiring numbers to meet the requirements.
3.9.4 Debug all the instruments, the instruments should be flexible, no jamming, accurate measurement, and zero adjustment.
3.9.5 Debug all knife switches, air switches, circuit breakers, and operating mechanisms to make their movements flexibly meet the requirements of use.
3.9.6 Check all control switches, transfer switches, contactors, and debug them to meet the requirements for use.
3.9.7 Debug all relays to make them meet the actual work requirements.
3.9.8 Once the adjustable electrical components are debugged, they should be fixed and locked in place, or marked.
3.9.9 If there is a requirement for interchangeability test of the draw-out complete switchgear, the interchangeability bolt shall be checked and made to meet the requirements.
